Welcome to Lakefront on beautiful Lake Parker in the Northeast Kingdom. Lakefront is perfect for summer fun or winter sports. snowshoeing, cross country skiing out the door or downhill ski 4 commutable mountains: Burke, Jay Peak, Stowe and Smuggler’s Notch.

Just a stone’s throw from I-91 and a mere 30 minutes away from the Canadian border, and Newport Vermont.  Situated on 1.75 acres with private 140 feet of lake frontage, this charming house is your escape into nature. Unplug, unwind, and make yourself at home. Lakefront offers breathtaking views. 

Please note that overnight occupancy is limited to (6) guests. If you’re planning for more than (6) people (children under 12), just drop us a request. And, with prior approval, our cabin is “one good dog friendly”! Additional fees may apply for extra overnight guests and pets. 

The Space


Lakefront has an open kitchen/living/dining area and full bathroom with tub and washer and dryer on first floor. Large (491 sq. ft.) second floor sleeping loft with 1 queen bed, 3 twin beds and full futon with room for air mattress. 2 bonus rooms and a seating area in lower level for extra space. Large outdoor deck perfect for dining and grilling and covered porch both with Lakeview’s. 

Private dock, public boat launch for your own boat (check Lake Parker boating laws and requirements) Available for use: 2 tandems kayaks, 1 single, 1 ocean kayak and a large canoe. (we have life jackets but might not have one suitable for everyone please check with us) Lakefront is located on a peaceful dirt road for leisurely walks, with a 3.62-mile trail surrounding lake. Summer time indulge in some in some swimming, fishing, Kayaking or simply bask in the serenity of the lake. During the cold months explore the area by snowshoeing, cross country skiing out the door or snowmobiling with access to the VAST trail.
